Our Process

   Using the Quotation Checklist will speed up the quotation process and ensure all the details are accurate.
   
   
2. We will confirm the order in writing. Simply sign and fax back the order confirmation found at the bottom of the quotation, along with our terms and conditions.^*
   
   
3. We will contact you to arrange a convenient templating appointment. Please note that templating can only take place once the base units have been installed.
   
   
4. Once the template is completed it will be forwarded to you for approval. Orders usually take a minimum of 7-10 working days to complete.
   
   
5. A fitting appointment will be allocated following the template approval and we will contact you once the processing has been completed and has passed quality control to confirm the fitting appointment.
   
   
6. Fitting usually takes approximately 2-3 hours. It is important that the customer or decision maker is on site to sign off the final fitting. Our fitting team will provide advice on how to look after your worktop.
